Tuba idrees is well competent nutritionist. She explains everything in detail with great understanding. My experience with her is quite satisfying. I lost 3kgs in a week because of her plan. I feel more active.

I am satisfied with the doctor.
My weight was 65 kg and had acne problem.I wanted to loose my weight but didn't want to stop eating all those my favourite fries and fastfood and tbh who wants. Then someone asked me to consult ms.tooba and then you cannot believe I reduced 8kgs in 2 1/2 months but the most likely part was that she didn't stop me from eating all that. I kept eating all what I want and also get rid of my acne because she added just a few things in my diet plan so that I could not only loose my weight but also get rid of my acne! This was a great experience and I would like to recommend this to all of you!!!!!You will miss it
