First of all, Please Book an appointment from the nutritionist.
secondly, you should consume at least 2.5 liters of water with some multivitamins. vitamins will be prescribed only when you have proper testing profile. You must go through some tests. then I would be able to recommend you further dietary guidelines and multivitamins.
while, you need counseling as well.
And you can't take any medicine without tests profile.
