Salam, dr.shba im feeling so happy to tell u that I hv reduced my weight. Issue of stomach is Also well nd bleed issue also right due to the supplement u told me . I like keto diet

I took my diet plan from her , it was fine and easy to follow but i didn't follow due to some reasons , it would also be good if diet plan has variety mentioning different options , she is also cooperative ,

I am following her diet plan since july 2020 and by the end of oct 2020 i have lost 7 kg from 70 to 63....tho i cant strictly follow the diet and did lot of cheat meals...but still her program worked best
