Let me share my transformation story here. I was much annoyed and kind of bored being obese with 100 plus kg for years. Few months back one of my fellow referred me to consult Nutritionist Adnan Akbar. I started to follow his customized diet plans along with some safe natural supplements with a regular walk. Now AlhamdoLillah my weight is 75 kg an ideal weight as per my height. The good thing is that I didn’t feel any weakness nor any side effect during this whole weight loss fase. He encouraged and motivated me with his best experience and knowledge in every visit whenever I felt de motivation. His diet plans are too easy to follow.
