I am satisfied with the doctor.

Let me share my transformation story here. I was much annoyed and kind of bored being obese with 100 plus kg for years. Few months back one of my fellow referred me to consult Nutritionist Adnan Akbar. I started to follow his customized diet plans along with some safe natural supplements with a regular walk. Now AlhamdoLillah my weight is 75 kg an ideal weight as per my height. The good thing is that I didn’t feel any weakness nor any side effect during this whole weight loss fase. He encouraged and motivated me with his best experience and knowledge in every visit whenever I felt de motivation. His diet plans are too easy to follow. I really appreciate him and highly recommending him to everyone who is looking to lose weight. May Allah be pleased with him

I have consulted Mr Adnan when he was in Dubai. I had insulin resistance problem due to which i was gaining a lot of weight. I met him and under his guidance i lost 10 kgs weight in just 2 months. The diet plans he gave were super easy to follow and i dont feel hungry plus i feel very energetic.
