When I started going to therapy I had very bad experiences, judgemental views, religion pe lectures. mene socha tha ke ub me is sb me nae parun ga. but meri anxiety ziada horai thi, so I was recommended to go to Khubi Khaleeq. I have had many sessions with her now and I feel improved. pehle therapists k sath ek session se ziada nae leta tha. I recommend her therapy sessions. They work. And she is good.
