Hi
Panic attack or disorder is being in a state of fear or worry, which results in a number of physical symptoms including, heart pounding, breathlessness or difficulty in breathing, it also revolves around catastrophic thoughts (excessive worries and worst case thinking patterns), emerging from anxiety.
PTSD is the post traumatic stress disorder, which is consequential to a trauma, in the present or past, when it becomes too overwhelming for a person, they may experience pessimistic or negative thinking, hopelessness, flash backs of the traumatic memory etc.
However, the symptoms are not limited those mentioned above. Please reach out if you feel that you are experiencing any of the above mentioned.
Take care

Panic attack or disorder is a sudden stressful reaction to any situation which is fearful for you these fears are irrational bt PTSD is related to any traumatic event which you actually face in your past or present. fear or stress related to it is not irrational...in irrational beliefs you have false beliefs that's why you have to change it... Bt in PTSD your beliefs are not irrational or false that's why you have to learn coping strategies...
