skin around my nose is little bit dark,red and it itches sometimes.it has sebaceous filaments too should I leave it or apply something?

Shayan Sameer last year something sting on my ribs area .... sudden itching, irritation and pain started in a circles. Its about 1-2 inch .... i applied an ointment and it resolved but circle remained same and it got brown in color....
