You are 22 and can have acne again. You should use Isotin gel applied minimally on these ice pick scars at night only (use a cotton bud to apply). Keep using a good face wash or a gentle scrub. Dermaroller of 2mm needle length can be used at home for skin rejuvenation. It can be used in these scars. You can order one on daraz app as its not available in med stores. Watch any video tutorial on youtube on how to use a dermaroller at home
