After struggling with anxiety for a whole year , I reached out to Dr. Afshan Salman . She took time to listen to my concerns and helped me find ways to calm my anxiety. She has specialized in CBT and applies those methods to actually treat the problem from its root not just the relief of symptoms. I will have follow up with her as needed . Looking forward to more sessions with her .
