I just need to know from the specialists that is this recoverable? This is my third semen analysis report and nothing has changed in Sperm Count and Motality after taking different medications for last 5 months. Please advise. Thank you.

there is problem which persist in your semen analysis.. you need complete history examination and test to reach the cause and then it's treatment.
