I have my periods twice a month. last month that was Feb my first periods comes on 6 date for 7 days after that same month got my second periods on 21 date for 7 days and now again In March it's started again on 5 date

my prolactin is high i.e 102 my dr gave me tab brotin. im having headache and dizziness. why is this?? and i had my tvs done yesterday. my left ovary size is smaller . will it be difficult for me to conceive?? i am really woorried....
