There is still a chance that you can conceive if you don’t have any medical issue. There are medicines available to improve the sperms count and mobility so he should take an appointment with doctor for prescription. Even your gynecologist can advise him medication.Thanks

He is having low sperm count and sperm motility issues.. He need detailed endocrine work up for this problem. Inshallah his problem will settle after proper work up and treatment. Kindly avoid any Hakeem medications.
