i am experiencing very severe depression. as if i am going to explode. i feel like crying all the time. i feel lump in my throat and dont feel like eating anything. i cant concentrate on activities. i keep feeling extremely lonely n negative n annoyed. i cant go to a psychiatrist as its a taboo in my family. i also have ibsD, so my stress makes it worse. m taking librax. help me

Well you have depression and 1 symptom of anxiety too. Well I would suggest you that when you feel crying. Do that thing which always make you smile like any thought or any memory which always make you smile. And secondly, when you dont like to eat then you should remember Allah at that time that you have this piece of food and others many dont have. Start counting blessings and happiness you have. And when you are unable to concentrate on activity. Then move yourself to your family and start sharing positive thoughts and fun with your family and try to do any activity with your siblings. If all this dont work than you need CBT.
