I am satisfied with the doctor.
The therapy sessions with Ms Sana helped develop insight first and foremost, and helped me resolve issues that had been pestering me since a long time. I felt that I found a safe space, where I could talk about problems and life in general without a fear of being judged, and I felt "heard" everytime. I can say that with the help of therapy, I achieved most of the solutions and mostly feel more calm and at ease.
