According to your height your ideal body weight is 48kg (that should be approx 50kg). You can reduce weight and waist line by doing exercise (brisk walk start with 15 min twice a day) and a healthy diet according to your schedule. before marrige i was 54 after that 59 and in prgnency 73.now my baby is 2 year old and i m 65kg.i m trying to reduce weight upto 60 and waist 30.for this purpose i m walking 1 hour daily but nothing is hpning .what should i do else.

Your maximum weight should be 55 kg. Your diet plan and number calories will entirely depend if you are still lactating or stopped already? Having 5 short portioned meals with a not more than 3 hours gap is very helpful. Carbs should be reduced. You must drink plenty of water. 45 mins brisk walk every day .
you need to take not more than 1300 calories per day..and reduce 13 kg weight with diet and exercise
you need to focus on exercises that cut down your tummy fat.. .and reduce 100 calories in diet per day
