Hypertensive patient with ckd stage 5.she also has pace maker installed 6 years ago.she is on dialysis for a month but her body is unable to tolerate dialysis so i want to ask according to these reports is there any other alternative medicines etc to cure this problem

I have reviewed the given labs of the patient, right now she is having an infection and it might be possible that her kidneys got worsen by the same urine infection and has put her on dialysis.
As if the kidney failure was the only reason that is responsible for her bad condition then she should get improved after initiation of dialysis, but if she has not, then there must be something else, as an underlying cause that is responsible for her detoriation and needs further evaluation.
It seems she is having urine infection at present.. U need to have admision under care of Nephrologist... May be she recovers without long term dailysis..
