وعلیکم السلام سر، Thanks for choosing me to express my opinion. Alhamdulillah your practice is already established/grown and now we should try to enhance the experience of your visitors gradually. First of all you should take care of yourself by taking proper sleep and giving a quality time to your family. Most important and prestigious item in any clinic of a nephrologist is weight machine which will help the patients to adjust themselves on dialysis in a proper way. Secondly cleanliness is also considered as a benchmark of any medical facility. Disciplined and equipped(with knowledge & manners) crews are also an added benefit. Currently clinic space is not capable to digest the patients and their visitors accordingly and I’m confident that you would be already on top of it.
