Mild Back Pain

Question

my age is 29 yrs , i have mild  back pain issue due to jump in swimming pool and sudden jerk on back . from that day i cant run fast , jump aur exercise aggresively.
its not so worring condition but slow my activities and disturb me speed of life and fitness.
should i consult Doctor ? 
if yes which speciality better ? Rheumotolgy or Orthopedic or neurosurgeon?
what investigation should i done?

Please take care of good posture, like always bending on knees while lifting anything and not bending your back, supporting your back properly while sitting etc. most backaches are due to bad posture. If your symptoms do not improve in 3 months, usually x ray of back is done first. You can see orthopedic doctor.
