Talk to Endocrinologist on High Prolactin Level
Asking For Self, Female 26, Karachi
7 years ago I had irregular periods but they are normal since 2012 but some months they get long to 35 to 40 days. I'm unmarried but getting married next year. My prolactin level is 30ng/ml. I face excessive hair growth problem and occasional acne. Please guide does this level of prolactin needs treatment and what should be the treatment? Report attached.

I've undergone Testosterone, FSH, LH, Insulin, TSH, tests and pelvis ultrasound too and they all came back normal except for prolactin.
