I m Facing too much hair fall using khara pani hairs became too much dry and rough my 1 year daughter is on my feed also kindly tell me something for this thanx
During pregnancy, hormones change and a lot of extra hair grow. When baby is delivered, slowly hormones come back to normal, and so all the extra hair that grow in pregnancy now fall. This is normal and happens with a lot of ladies. You can still add some good multivitamin to your daily routine. Biotin, is especially good for hair.
Apart from biotin, 1 egg daily will make a big difference as egg is very rich in biotin.
Extra hair loss is common in breast-feeding mums and should be taken care of. Remember that hair growth and loss cycle takes 6 months, so with daily egg, you will see dedinite results after 6-8 weeks.
Eggs can be taken in any weather and 1 egg a day has no effect on either cholesterol or BP.
