I have completed one month with this plan.. so here I'm to share my experience and progress to.. ? Initial weight ➡️ 92kgs Current weight ➡️ 86kgs Cholesterol level ➡️ 210 Current cholesterol level is normal and under control Diabetes wasn't control after following my diet plan in the beginning but now that perfectly fine. before i met you i was taking medicine for my diabetes issue.. and now my diabetes is under control my doc told me to stop using any kind of medicine for diabetes.. just watch your meals n diet. High cholestrol and diabetes n over weight ... these are my medical issues ,,allhumdulilah um recovering by your diet plan I'm completely satisfied and recommend my friends and family and others to consult you.. thank you sooo much ✨✨ Dr : Maheen ✨✨ Thank you sooooo much for providing the plan which is working great.. in sha Allah will follow my next month plan with no cheats.. highly highly recommend ??✔️✔️
