This is my first experience that I contact Nutritionist/ dietitian and luckily found (online) Dr. Muhammad Israr Khan Sb. I was diagnosed Pre-diabetes (Glucose 145 fasting) and over weighted 92 Kg and Alhamdulillah by using diet plan within 30 days my Glucose level in safe zone 98 and weight 81 and after more 30 days I my weight in safe zone 79kg. He is one of the best Nutritionist/ dietitian as well as kind, respective and fully cooperated person. during these 60 days whenever contact him he replied and guide me properly. I fully recommended to all those are over weighted, diabetes, High Cholesterol level etc. please contact Dietitian / Nutritionist before use any medicine and if you contact Dr. Mohammad Israr Khan i am pretty sure you will get the best result. Excellent. Excellent nutritionist in the whole Islamabad. Well thought out and well-planned diet planner was given to me. Within 20 days, i lost 5kgs, and i’m only 23! I did’t really do anything hard... just followed up doctors advice. Dr israr is really kind and will follow you up until you achieve your desire goal. Best experience ever
