I had gone to a couple of therapists before coming to Dr. Sadaf and I beleive she is the best therapist I have come across. She has helped me understand and cope with my depression and anxiety that I had been facing since childhood. She was able to identify my problems and come up with helpful solutions. She is professional, courteous and non-judgemental and I would highly recommend her.
