I have been in consultation with Ms. Sana Fatima Sheikh since November 4th 2019. I decided to seek her help as she specializes in providing therapy for depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, academic problems, self-development & employment skills. Masha'Allah TabaarakAllah, Ms Sana has been an excellent mentor in helping me find confidence in myself when for five straight years, I was troubled with thoughts of self-doubt and phases of suicidal ideation. She never made me feel as if my feelings were invalid or that I was not worthy of respect wh I was battling my inner demons or if I was facing the most trivial problem. She has always kept a professional relationship with me and never uttered a word of offence. She also has enabled me in recognizing my strengths by giving me self-acknowledging activities. She assists me in speaking to myself in a tone that is mild and kind. This has assisted me in mitigating the habits that add to my excessively critical nature. Moreover, she has also been helping me out by giving me activities that help me be mindful. In order to divert my obsessive tendencies from myself to a meaningful cause, she has encouraged me in seeking a job that serves the interests of humanity. This is beginning to help me focus a little less on my weaknesses but rather a little more on the world around me. I have begun to contribute to the lives of other people as well as take better care of myself & as I was before. She also made me realize that self-care is important as it helps one in becoming mentally and physically healthy so one can become a little less dependent on other people. With her help, I have been able to champion my strengths towards worthwhile goals of my life that make living pleasant and beautiful. Alhamdulillah!
