I am satisfied with the doctor.
When I joined the weight loss plan, I wasn't sure weather it will work or not as I was anemic and with anemia I want to lose weight and improve my blood profile simultaneously. I contacted to Ms.sadef and she planned my daily diet schedule in a way that was easy to follow, so I was able to achive the results and loss 4kg in a month meanwhile my blood profile is better now. When I started diet plan my weight was 57Kg and now it's 53kg and my HB was 9 (g/DL) and now it's 11(g/DL). I could see my results in a short frame of time. So, it was wonderful experience for me. I didn't use any weight loss suppliments.
