My weight was 10kg extra according to my height ... Me was trying to reduce but all in vein . I think without a dietician it’s very difficult.. Mahnoor diet plan made big changes in my body ..Me reduce 4kg in 1 month and I m very happy ???? with it... Mahnoor diet plan amazing .. Gradually affecting my body ... I start following Mahnoor plans 1 and half Month be4 and reduced 5kg . I m glad I m reducing gradually to maintain a hella body ..My weight was 10kg extra .. I tried to control myself but in vein .. I think to achieve ur target u need a dietician who can tell u portioning sizes according to ur need ..
