I consulted Ramsha for my mother as she has been diabetic for more almost 10 years now and lately her readings were very bad and her health was not good at all. She was following a diet plan but we wanted to make sure that she was eating enough and not more or less. Ramsha provided her with a plan according to her needs and lifestyle and also suggested about the exercises that she should do throughout her day. MashAllah, now my mother is getting better with the combination of her diet, exercise and the medication. The good part is Ramsha keeps checking with us every now and then. For me, I consulted Ramsha for my postpartum weight loss as I had GDM during my pregnancy and had gained a lot of weight which put me in the Pre-diabetes stage after delivery. I wanted a plan according to our desi lifestyle and instead of changing the whole diet Ramsha listened to my daily eating habits and provided me a plan accordingly. It’s a bit early to say about my progress as I have just started following the plan as I am a new mother too. One thing I would like to mention is that we should not consider the dietician to be a magician. She can only provide us a plan and the plan can only work if we are ready to make a change and follow it wholeheartedly.

Ramsha helped us out and thankfully now my mother has started to do well in combination with the exercise, diet plan by Ramsha and medication. I consulted her for my postpartum weight loss as I had suffered GDM during my pregnancy and put on a lot of weight. Ramsha asked the right questions and came up with a diet plan that specifically caters to my needs and my body requirements as I am a mother of two kids as well. I have been following her plan and it seems to be working. I have managed to lose weight and hoping to be out of danger soon as I am currently in Pre-diabetes stage. Ramsha has also included the duration of workout throughout the day according to my condition. I would highly recommend Ramsha as I found her best at her work. One thing I would definitely want to say is that don’t expect your dietician to be a magician as she can only provide consultation and give us a plan towards our goal. If you really want to make a change you should follow it whole heartedly.
