What is the cause of his extra vein in a part? Is it something to worry about..I don't have pain etc. But I wanna know what is the cause of it

Its difficult to assess by picture. It may b nothing and no further treatment required. However if it is somethin which needs treatment and treatment not done or delayed, it may result in penile deviation and problems with erection.
