Talk to Vaccine Specialist on Covid Related

I got sinovac vaccine two weeks ago on Thursday 29 July on Saturday I got fever felt cold had cough and joint pain which got better in two days after taking panadol but cough remained. And I was feeling cold under fan or after taking shower. Now last week I realized I lost sense of smell and isolated myself on last Thursday 5 august. Got covid test done on Monday it came out negative. I still have cough and feel cold under fan also I feel temperature only on forhead. Kindly suggest what should I do. Should I continue isolation or repeat the covid test. Thanks
