Please tag urologists. where does semen go If a male doesn't get wet-dreams, or masturbate or have sex for longer period ? Does it excrete in urine? I feel like my urine contains semen when I urinate, is it possible? I sometimes have pinch like feeling in the hole of penis like something wants to comes out , feeling is just like when someone ejaculate? I know sometime penis-hole get stick together but its not the issue I've checked. This usually happens when I hadn't ejaculated for longer period.
