Talk to Urologist on Want To Do Penis Surgery

Hi doctor, My penis was burnt in childhood with acid. In childhood during khatna, the local person uses the acid(by a mistake) instead of oil, that burnt the skin and the doctor operates and puts skin from my legs to penis and nearby. Now my penis size is 2-3 inches while erection. It just like a young child. The skin is burnt and that's why I lost the erection within the seconds. I am not sure if any surgery is possible and nobody ever heard about this type of case. I can't tell this to my family or anyone, I thought might be any urologist can tell me if anything is possible or not. I can visit the clinic if someone can guide me. Thank you
