I Have 2 Years Old Tinnitus due to never weakness but now i have 10months old vertigo. My CT Scan and MRI are normals. My Neuro Suggest me med Treloft ( Anti depression) & Hisek ( for vertigo n tinnitus) but it been month i did nt get releaf. even my overthinking exceeds day by day
