Talk to Urologist on Vericocele

I want to ask if living with a vericocele (moderate to severe) can cause any permanent damage or the vericocele can be treated at any time like after a year or so. Is it possible to get cured via homeopathic medicine or if surgery How many days it takes after treatment(surgery) to get back to normal? What is the probability of reoccurence. Please specify. I'll be thankful.
