Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Lahore

AoA. I am suffering from Left side Varicocele from last 2 years. I am too much worried about my future because i have read that varicocele can cause infertility.. I am taking too much tension about it. I have pain on both sides. What should I do? I am unmarried. My marriage is after 2 years.. Please help me.. Follow are my reports

Left varicocele size is 2.4 mm and right veins size is 2mm

Is surgery the only option?
I have pain, but for that i have changed my lifestyle by wearing supportive underwear..
I am only worried about that if i had fertility issues..
