Talk to Urologist on Varicocele

I have unfortunately developed varicocele. i am having this since 2017, but i did not know it is varicocele untill i searched it on google recently as it is expanding. i am worried after reading all stuff about this varicocele, causing male infertility and low quality sperm. My question is that how can i get treatment for this? any recomendation for doctor in or near sialkot who could treat this???
