Talk to Urologist on Urology Rectum Not Sure

Hi, I am 28 years old male I have strange feeling in my anus that gives me a lot of depression, There is sometimes twitching ,pulsating & pressure in my anus and I have discussed it with urologist but the most annoying thing is that strange feeling which I couldn't discuss with doctor as it was too awkward. I am taking Prozac for my OCD and depression. Is there any medication that can stop that feeling. Any help would be highly APPRECIABLE. THANKS From annoying its sort of very unmanly feeling I started feeling it about 10 years ago never had courage to discuss it with anyone.
