Talk to Urologist on Urology Issue

assalamu alaikum.im male age 41. I have issue of drop after urine. when I urinate I keep waiting for few seconds or minutes to let all drops fall out.Although many drops come out and even after there isn't any drop left apparently I still press area below the penis in-between testicles and anus to let any drop come out but hardly does any drop come out.Then I go to offer prayer and almost every time I feel that a drop comes out.sometimes I just have a feeling but sometimes property a little drop comes out of penis hole in such a way that there's a sensation so I get sure that my clothes have become najjas impure. kindly tell if the drop that comes out this way is urine or just water??? secondly is it a disease.what can be the cure.i must mention here that I'm a chronic IBS diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome patient as well.jazak Allaah.
