Talk to Urologist on Urology

I have a night fall problem from the last one year. Every 2nd or 3rd days it happens on a regular basis. Sometimes it will take more than one week but on average it happens on every third night. I have done a semen analysis test recently and it says my PUS cell counts 18 to 20 per HPF. Other results are O.K After searching it through google, I came to know that I may have a seminal infection. Now, I want to know if it is possible to cure it through medication? I mean through antibacterial medicines like tab. levoflox etc.
