AoA I have a problem when my penis gets erected and i don't have an orgasm my testicals start paining its happening for almost 2.5 years now but now a days its happening very often and the pain is unbearable so i consulted a doctor he suggested ultrasound and he has given me antibiotics i am attaching my reports please check it and please give some advice and solution thank you PS:Can this problem can cured for life time ?
