Sir, i am Student of Mbbs Final year, i have raised in WBC'S nd PLATELETS, and on Urine C/E: Protien 0.25/L, Hb & Leukocyte Estrase both are 25/uL, WBC &RBC both are 10/HPF, Nitrite +ve, Bacteria Moderate In URINE, TSH,T3,T4, Lfts, Rfts, HnA1c, ESR and Serum Electrolytes are all Normal. Symptoms: Nausea, Lethargy, MILD irritation and Heaviness OCCASSIONALLY in Testicles, Urethral discharge of milky white color nd very thin, 3 times in past 2 months (No Sexual history), Muscle weakness nd pullness, Abdominal Muscle Stiffness, but no pain in Premium, what is Likely Dx, nd to which Department i should Consult? Age 25 Years, Male.
