HELLO. I am 20 years old male having male pattern baldness since past year. I am extremely tensed and went to Dermatologist. He has asked me to take finasterdine 1 mg daily for 60 days and then come to him. I have been doing some research on different websites lile NCBI and platforms and came to know about its Sexual side effects on Males. I want Urologist/sexologist opinion whether a 20 years old male should go for it? I may have Hair transplant after 5 years but if my sexual health can be affected by this Medicine i will not take risk. Please advice
