Talk to Urologist on Urologist Andrologist

I have erectile dysfunction, before 10 years, I have ultrasound of my legs and they told me that I have vascular veins in both legs, at the thigh side. I didn't get any treatment and I have no pain. Also they do ultrasound for the scrotum and told me that I have varicocele. I didn't do any penile ultrasound. Does these veins in the leg and scrotum have any relation with ED. Should I do penile ultrasound? Vascular Surgeon is dealing with penile veins or no. Is there any treatment for this
