Aoa.

Yesterday after exercise i drank almost 1 liter water during and after excercise. And i fell asleep after that and i had an erection. Now when i woke up with erection i had an urge to pee. But with that i felt like both my kidneys are about to burst it was quite a pain. When i got relieved of urine pain had gone after 2 3 seconds. Kindly tell if there is something to worry. I workout and drink 1 liter water in between it and never felt anything like it before. Kindly help what happened?
