Talk to Urologist on Urological

As salaam o alaikum. Need guidance from urologist plz. My niece who is 8 years old complain of pain and burning while passing urine almost 1.5 months ago. She also feels need to urinate even after just coming back from washroom. We consulted two different paediatricians. One just gave cranmax and the other one asked for an ultrasound ,urine Dr and culture. After all the tests Dr prescribed some medicines for 10 days saying it will be ok. Now her condition is better but is not completely fine . Can any Dr guide here what should we do now?? Medicines prescribed were: Syp Novidat DS two times a day Citralka three times a day (Will attach reports in comments )
