Talk to Urologist on Urine Tract Infection

My brother is suffering pain from last 3 weeks. Pain starts from hip side on the right side and goes upward and sometime moves toward abdomen .. He have issues in urine he feel pain sometime. We conducted his test i.e.blood CBC, urine test and ultrasound all were clear. He took vibramcyin 100mg 3 days twice a day and 3 days once a day for 5 days but no improvement than we went to urologist in Ahmed Medical Complex doctor gave the following medicine, prescription attached but now 3 days has passed no improvement, Patient is still complaining about the swelling in the abdomen and in back as well,moreover he is still facing blockage in urine in start. Kindly guide Patient age: 22 No medical history. Your advice will be appreciated
