Talk to Urologist on Urine Problem

I have constant burning and pain during and after peeing ( after peeing it burns for few seconds only But sometimes it becomes unbearable ). Urinalysis and culture always comes clear. I hav been diagnosed with urinary retention I took xatral xl for 30 days for it and now because of the lockdown and I can’t go the hospitals. Someome suggested me to take MicroGenDX test to check for embedded infection before getting the diagnosis of interstitial cystitis. I have hypothyroidism also and I am taking 125 mg
