Having one kidney feeling urine after 6 to 7 hours with a little amount I have done urine culture report will be avaibale after 4 days any major reason

One kidney removed it had been 10 yrs n normally creatinine is 0.7 n I do all my test after every 3 months

Patient feels difficulty in passing urine as bladder feels full bt didnt discharge the urine completely urine reports show no bacterial growth n ultrasound is normal uft test shows average value of urinw flow 8ml/sec and dr recommend her tamsulosin and tanzinidine 2mg bt she feels fear to eat it as dr told her to rest for 20min on bed as it has serious side effects so is there any other option or its necessary to have this medicine her. Age is 65

I have been suffering from a serious urinary tract infections for four months. I pee painfuly with white blood drops and sometimes red blood. I have taken many doses of antibiotics as prescribed by the doctor in my local area. But I felt a little improvement. I want to come to Karachi now. I'm a student and hardly afford the charges.
