Report:
Control image revealed no radiopacity in pelvic area and in the line of urethra. Increased flow resistance observed during retrograde contrast injection. Marked narrowing observed in the region of prostatic urethra with localized luminal irregularity through which thin contrast jet passed into the urinary bladder with increased filling pressures. No filling defect observed in the urethra. In mid and distal urethra regular lumen observed with no persistent narrowing or false passages. No contrast extravasation or passage into the venous plexuses observed. Normal skeletal density observed.

Impression: Impression Stricture observed in the region of prostatic urethra with significant obstruction.
