Talk to Urologist on Urine Drops Leaks After Urination

Assalam o Alaikum Dr from past 6-7years I'm facing a problem that is whenever I pass urine some drops of urine still remains in bladder and for a half an hour I have to remain in a still position I can't run or do much exercise I cannot do any activity either, so that drop of urine does not leak. After that 25-30 minutes I can come in a normal position and do whatever work or activity I can do and this problem is from many years. I used to stop my urine do not pass at school and college till I arrived home, don't know if that create this problem or else, but now I am in a bit more difficult situation now the time after passing urine has increased to 1 hour and its sometime leaks without doing any activity after passing urine. I also took different medicene like berrymax sache and some other sache with water and etc but it didn't work for me. I also done with my urine test and kidney test which was normal few years ago... what should I do now?
